Here’s 10 easy and effective tips for bedtime to keep your skin looking young and rested when you wake in the morning.
1: Cleanse your skin nightly - Touching your face all day long, without intentionally doing so, is making your face one of the dirtiest parts on your body. It’s important to clean the skin at nighttime to avoid the spread of acne bacteria that can cause increased blemishes.
